30-Minute Beef Stir-Fry

A quick and flavorful beef stir-fry with mixed vegetables that’s ready in just 30 minutes.

  • 2 cups mixed vegetables (e.g., bell peppers, broccoli, carrots)
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Rice or noodles (for serving)

Instructions

  1. Mix the soy sauce, oyster sauce, and cornstarch in a bowl. Add the sliced beef and let it marinate for 10 minutes.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add garlic and ginger, sautéing for about 30 seconds.
  3. Add the marinated beef and cook until browned, about 3-5 minutes.
  4. Stir-fry the mixed vegetables for an additional 5-7 minutes until the veggies are tender-crisp.
  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Serve hot over rice or noodles.

Notes

To ensure even cooking, cut the ingredients uniformly. Consider using frozen vegetables for convenience.
