30-Minute Beef Stir Fry

A quick and easy beef stir fry packed with flavor and nutrients, perfect for busy weeknights.

  • 1 lb beef sirloin, thinly sliced
  • 2 cups mixed bell peppers, sliced
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 cup snap peas
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 inch ginger, grated
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooked rice for serving

Instructions

  1. Combine sliced beef, soy sauce, oyster sauce, and cornstarch in a bowl. Marinate for 10 minutes.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Add marinated beef and stir-fry until browned, about 3-4 minutes.
  4. Add garlic and ginger, cooking for an additional 1 minute.
  5. Add mixed bell peppers, broccoli, and snap peas; stir-fry for 5-7 minutes until vegetables are tender-crisp.
  6. Season with salt and pepper.
  7. Serve hot over cooked rice.

Notes

Slice the beef thinly for quick cooking. Don’t overcrowd the pan; stir fry in batches if needed.
