Air Fryer Buffalo Cauliflower

A healthier alternative to traditional buffalo wings made with crispy air-fried cauliflower coated in spicy buffalo sauce.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 head of cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 1 cup of buffalo sauce
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon of onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: chopped green onions for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Toss the cauliflower florets with olive oil, buffalo sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until well coated.
  3. Place the cauliflower in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  4. Air fry for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the cauliflower is crispy and tender.
  5. Remove from the air fryer and garnish with chopped green onions if desired. Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.

Notes

Ensure cauliflower florets are cut evenly for uniform cooking. Adjust buffalo sauce based on spice preference.
