Air Fryer Fried Pickles

Crunchy and tangy air fryer fried pickles that are quick to make and perfect for parties.

Ingredients

Scale
  • Dill pickles (or any type of pickle)
  • Cornmeal
  • Flour
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1/2 cup Milk
  • Salt
  • Black Pepper
  • Cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Slice the pickles into thick slices.
  2. In a bowl, mix cornmeal, flour, salt, and pepper.
  3. In another bowl, whisk eggs and milk together.
  4. Dip each pickle slice into the egg mixture, then coat it with the cornmeal mixture.
  5. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  6. Place the coated pickles in the air fryer basket in a single layer and spray with cooking spray.
  7. Cook for about 10-15 minutes, flipping halfway through, until crispy and golden.
  8. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.

Notes

Pat pickle slices dry for better coating adhesion. Use thick slices to prevent them from falling apart.
