Air Fryer Garlic Parmesan Fries

Crispy and delicious garlic parmesan fries made in the air fryer, easy to prepare and perfect for snacks or movie nights.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 large russet potatoes
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Peel the potatoes and cut them into fries.
  2. Soak the fries in water for at least 30 minutes to remove excess starch, then drain and pat them dry.
  3. In a large bowl, toss the fries with olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
  4. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  5. Place the fries in the air fryer basket in a single layer (you may need to do this in batches).
  6. Cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until they are golden and crispy.
  7. Once done, immediately toss the fries with grated Parmesan cheese while they are still hot.
  8. Garnish with chopped parsley if desired, and enjoy!

Notes

For a richer flavor, consider adding garlic powder with the Parmesan or mixing in some sharp cheddar after cooking. Serve hot for the best texture.
