Air Fryer Garlic Parmesan Shrimp

Quick and flavorful garlic parmesan shrimp made effortlessly in an air fryer.

  • 1 pound Large Shrimp (raw, peeled, and deveined)
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil (high-quality)
  • 3 cloves Garlic (fresh minced)
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika (adjust based on spice preference)
  • 1 teaspoon Salt (to taste)
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper (freshly ground)
  • 1/2 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese (freshly grated)
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh Parsley (for garnish)
  • 1 Lemon (cut into wedges for squeezing over shrimp)

Instructions

  1. Pat shrimp dry and place in a mixing bowl.
  2. Add olive oil, minced garlic, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Toss to coat.
  3. Add grated Parmesan and toss gently so cheese sticks to shrimp.
  4. Preheat air fryer to 400°F for 3 minutes.
  5. Place shrimp in a single layer in the basket. Do not overcrowd.
  6. Cook for 5 to 7 minutes, shaking or flipping halfway through.
  7. Check for doneness: shrimp should be opaque and firm.
  8. Remove shrimp, squeeze lemon over them, and garnish with parsley.
  9. Serve immediately while hot.

Notes

For best results, use freshly grated Parmesan and ensure shrimp are patted dry before seasoning for optimal crispiness.
