Air Fryer Garlic Parmesan Shrimp

Quick and easy garlic parmesan shrimp cooked in an air fryer, perfect for busy weeknights.

  • 1 pound Large Shrimp (raw, peeled, and deveined)
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil (high-quality)
  • 3 cloves Garlic (fresh minced)
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper (freshly ground)
  • 1/2 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese (freshly grated)
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh Parsley (for garnish)
  • 1 lemon Lemon Wedges (for squeezing over shrimp)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F.
  2. Pat shrimp dry on paper towels.
  3. In a bowl combine olive oil, minced garlic, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Add shrimp and toss until coated evenly.
  5. Add grated parmesan and toss lightly so it sticks to shrimp.
  6. Place shrimp in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Do not crowd.
  7. Cook for 8 minutes, then shake or turn the shrimp.
  8. Cook an additional 2 minutes or until shrimp are pink and cheese is lightly browned.
  9. Remove shrimp, squeeze lemon over them, and garnish with parsley.
  10. Serve hot and enjoy.

Notes

For best texture, serve immediately and avoid microwaving leftovers. Adjust spices according to taste.
