  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix the honey, minced garlic, soy sauce, and olive oil to create the honey garlic glaze.
  2. Season the salmon pieces with salt and pepper, then coat them with the glaze.
  3. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  4. Spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray to prevent sticking.
  5. Place the coated salmon bites in the basket in a single layer.
  6. Cook in the air fryer for about 8-10 minutes or until the salmon is cooked through and crispy on the outside.
