Air Fryer Teriyaki Chicken

A quick and easy air fryer teriyaki chicken recipe featuring juicy chicken pieces coated in a glossy teriyaki glaze, perfect for family dinners or meal prep.

  • 1/2 cup teriyaki sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon ginger powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine the cubed chicken, teriyaki sauce, olive oil, garlic powder, ginger powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until the chicken is well coated.
  3. Place the chicken in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  4. Cook for about 12-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through cooking, until the chicken is cooked through and has a nice glaze.
