Avocado Chicken Salad

A light and fresh avocado chicken salad perfect for a healthy meal, made with ripe avocado, shredded chicken, and crunchy veggies.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 ripe avocado, mashed
  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt or mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup red onion, diced
  • 1/4 cup celery, diced
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Lettuce leaves for serving

Instructions
