Baked Garlic Parmesan Fries

Crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, these Baked Garlic Parmesan Fries are a quick and delicious snack that you can easily make at home.

Ingredients

  • 3 Large Russet Potatoes
  • 3 Tbsp. Olive oil
  • 1 tsp. Italian seasoning
  • 2 tsp. Minced garlic
  • 1 Tbsp. Parsley flakes
  • ¼ c Parmesan cheese, grated

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Wash and cut the Russet potatoes into fries.
  3. In a bowl, toss the fries with olive oil, Italian seasoning, minced garlic, and parsley flakes.
  4. Spread the fries in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
  6. Remove from the oven and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.
  7. Serve hot.

Notes

Serve with ketchup, ranch, or garlic mayo. To store, keep in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
