Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Slice the onion into rings and separate them.
  3. In a bowl, combine shredded Parmesan, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  4. Dip each onion ring into the mixture, ensuring they are well-coated.
  5. Place the coated onion rings on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Lightly spray the rings with olive oil or cooking spray.
  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden and crispy.
  8. Serve warm as a snack or appetizer.

Notes

For best results, serve warm and pair with a light dip. Can store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
