Baked Mahi Mahi

A quick and easy baked fish recipe that is mild, flaky, and full of flavor from butter and lemon.

  • 2 Mahi Mahi fillets
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 lemon (juiced)
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Place the Mahi Mahi fillets in a baking dish.
  3. In a small bowl, mix the melted butter, lemon juice, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Pour the mixture over the fish.
  4. Bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
  5. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired and serve.

Notes

Pat the fillets dry before adding the butter mix for better flavor adherence. Check for doneness at 18 minutes if fillets are thin.
