Bakery-Style Blueberry White Chocolate Chip Cookies

  • 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Cream together the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until smooth.
  3. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, mixing until just combined.
  6. Gently fold in the blueberries and white chocolate chips using a spatula.
  7. Drop spoonfuls of dough onto the prepared cookie sheet, leaving space between each one.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden.
  9. Allow the cookies to cool on the sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to a cooling rack.

Notes

Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week. Freeze for longer storage.
