Bang Bang Salmon

A quick and spicy salmon dinner ready in just 15 minutes, featuring a rich, sticky sauce made with mayonnaise, sriracha, and honey.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons sriracha
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 2 green onions (thinly sliced)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven’s broiler to high. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, sriracha, honey, rice vinegar, and soy sauce. Stir in the sesame oil.
  3. Place the salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet. Brush generously with the bang bang sauce, ensuring both sides are coated.
  4. Broil the salmon for 8-10 minutes, or until cooked through and flakes easily with a fork. Keep a close eye to prevent burning.
  5. Garnish with the sliced green onions and serve immediately.

Notes

For best results, pat the salmon dry before applying the sauce to help it stick. Use extra sauce for added flavor and store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days.
