Bang Bang Salmon

A simple, fast dish featuring salmon coated in a creamy, spicy sauce that is baked to perfection.

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
  • 2 tablespoons sriracha
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Chopped green onions for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix together mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, and rice vinegar.
  3. Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper.
  4. Coat the salmon evenly with the bang bang sauce mixture.
  5. Place the salmon on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Bake in the oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
  7. Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.

Notes

Serve the salmon hot over steamed rice, with a salad or roasted vegetables. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
