BBQ Chicken Flatbread

A quick and tasty BBQ chicken flatbread topped with grilled chicken, bell peppers, and gooey Colby Jack cheese.

  • 1 flatbread
  • 1/2 cup BBQ sauce
  • 1 cup grilled chicken, diced
  • 1 cup Colby Jack cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup bell peppers, sliced

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Place the flatbread on a baking sheet.
  3. Spread the BBQ sauce evenly over the flatbread.
  4. Top with diced grilled chicken, sliced bell peppers, and shredded Colby Jack cheese.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  6. Remove from the oven, slice, and serve hot.

Serve hot and slice into pieces for sharing. A salad or slaw on the side pairs well.
