  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease your donut pan.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, combine milk, eggs, melted butter, and vanilla extract; whisk until smooth.
  4. Gradually add wet ingredients to dry ingredients, stirring gently until just combined.
  5. Spoon batter into a piping bag or use a spoon to fill each donut cavity about 3/4 full.
  6. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until donuts spring back when lightly touched.
