Buffalo Chicken Taquitos

Delicious buffalo chicken taquitos filled with shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, and cheese, perfect for game day or gatherings.

  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
  • 8 small flour or corn tortillas
  • 1/2 cup blue cheese or ranch dressing (for dipping)
  • Oil (for frying, optional)

Instructions

  1. Mix the shredded chicken with buffalo sauce until well coated.
  2. Add shredded cheese and mix again.
  3. Warm the tortillas in a skillet or microwave to make them pliable.
  4. Place a generous amount of the buffalo chicken mixture in the center of each tortilla and roll tightly.
  5. If frying, heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Fry the taquitos until golden and crispy, about 2-3 minutes per side.
  6. If baking, preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C), place the taquitos on a baking sheet, and bake for 15-20 minutes until crispy.
  7. Serve hot with blue cheese or ranch dressing for dipping.

Notes

For a healthier option, opt for baking instead of frying. Don’t overload the tortillas to get a perfect crunch.
