Burger Bowls

A healthy twist on traditional burgers, enjoy all the flavors in a fresh and customizable bowl!

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 2 cups lettuce, chopped
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/2 cup pickles, sliced
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1/4 cup zesty sauce (like ranch or BBQ)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned. Season with salt and pepper.
  2. Layer the chopped lettuce as the base in a large bowl.
  3. Add the cooked ground beef on top of the lettuce.
  4. Arrange the cherry tomatoes, pickles, and cheddar cheese on top of the beef.
  5. Drizzle with your choice of zesty sauce.
  6. Serve and enjoy your burger bowl!
