Caramel Apple Cheesecake Bars

A delightful blend of creamy cheesecake with fresh apples and rich caramel, perfect for gatherings or cozy nights at home.

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 3 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 large eggs
  • 2 cups peeled and diced apples
  • 1 cup caramel sauce
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  2. In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and 1/4 cup sugar. Press this mixture into the bottom of the baking dish to form the crust.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, 1 cup sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  4. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  5. Fold in the diced apples and cinnamon. Pour the cheesecake mixture over the crust.
  6. Drizzle caramel sauce over the top of the cheesecake mixture.
  7. Bake for 35-40 minutes or until the center is set.
  8. Allow the bars to cool, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before cutting into squares. Serve with additional caramel sauce if desired.

Notes

For a richer flavor, use fresh Granny Smith or Honeycrisp apples, and feel free to add chocolate chips or nuts for extra indulgence.
