Caramel Brownie Cheesecake

A decadent dessert that layers rich, fudgy brownies with creamy cheesecake, topped with sweet caramel and optional chocolate chips.

  • 1 box brownie mix
  • 1 package cream cheese (8 oz), softened
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup caramel sauce
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips (optional)
  • 1/2 cup whipped cream (for topping, optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Prepare the brownie mix according to package instructions and spread it in a greased 9-inch springform pan. Bake according to the package directions and let it cool.
  2. In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. Add in the eggs one at a time, mixing until combined.
  3. Pour the cheesecake batter over the cooled brownie layer.
  4. Drizzle with caramel sauce and swirl with a knife for a marbled effect.
  5. Bake for 50-60 minutes or until the center is set. Allow to cool, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
  6. Top with whipped cream and additional caramel sauce if desired.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days. For longer storage, freeze slices tightly wrapped in plastic wrap.
