Cheesy Garlic Chicken Wraps

These Cheesy Garlic Chicken Wraps turn leftover chicken into a fast and delicious meal that the whole family will enjoy.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or your choice)
  • 2 tablespoons minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 4 large tortillas or wraps
  • Optional toppings: sour cream, lettuce, tomatoes, or any preferred garnish

Instructions

  1. In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  2. Add the shredded chicken to the skillet, season with salt and pepper, and stir until heated through.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in the shredded cheese until melted.
  4. Place a portion of the cheesy chicken mixture onto each tortilla or wrap.
  5. Roll the tortillas tightly around the filling and slice in half if desired.
  6. Serve warm, optionally garnished with sour cream, lettuce, tomatoes, or preferred toppings.

Notes

Keep garlic low and watch closely while sautéing to prevent burning. Grate cheese from a block for better melting.
