Cheesy Steak Pasta

A creamy and comforting pasta dish featuring juicy steak, garlic, and melted cheese, ready in under an hour.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound steak (sirloin or ribeye)
  • 8 ounces pasta (fettuccine or penne)
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (mozzarella or cheddar)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Season the steak with salt and pepper. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Cook the steak for about 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare. Remove and let it rest before slicing.
  3. In the same skillet, add garlic and sauté until fragrant. Pour in heavy cream and bring it to a simmer.
  4. Stir in the cheese until melted and combined.
  5. Add the cooked pasta and sliced steak to the sauce, tossing to coat.
  6. Serve hot, garnished with chopped parsley.

Notes

For best results, serve immediately and use a hot pan to sear the steak.
