Ingredients

  • Tzatziki sauce
  • Cucumber
  • Tomato
  • Rice or quinoa
  • Olive oil

Instructions

  1. Cook the rice or quinoa according to package instructions.
  2. Season chicken with olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper, then grill until cooked through.
  3. In a bowl, combine diced cucumber, diced tomato, and tzatziki sauce.
  4. Slice the grilled chicken.
