Chocolate Marshmallow Cookies

Delightful soft and chewy cookies combining rich chocolate flavors with gooey mini marshmallows.

  • 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, cream together the butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until smooth.
  3. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until just combined.
  5. Fold in the chocolate chips and mini marshmallows.
  6. Drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto ungreased baking sheets.
  7. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are set.
  8. Allow cookies to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to wire racks to cool completely.

Notes

Store cookies in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week. Can be frozen for up to three months.
