Chocolate Peanut Butter Snowballs

  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 cups chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup caramel sauce

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the peanut butter and softened butter until smooth.
  2. Gradually add in the powdered sugar, mixing until well combined.
  3. Shape the mixture into small balls and place them on a baking sheet.
  4. Freeze the balls for about 30 minutes.
  5. In a small saucepan, melt the chocolate chips with the heavy cream over low heat, stirring until smooth.
  6. Dip each frozen peanut butter ball into the chocolate, ensuring they are fully coated.
  7. Return them to the baking sheet and drizzle with caramel sauce.
  8. Refrigerate until the chocolate is set, then serve.
