Chocolate Raspberry Cheesecake Dessert

A rich dessert combining creamy cheesecake, crunchy Oreo crust, and tart raspberry puree, topped with chocolate pudding and whipped cream.

  • 1 package Oreo cookies
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cups chocolate pudding
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup raspberry puree
  • 1 cup heavy cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Crush the Oreo cookies into fine crumbs and mix with melted butter. Press into the bottom of a 9-inch pie dish to form a crust. Bake for 10 minutes, then cool.
  3. In a bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Add powdered sugar and vanilla, and beat until combined. Fold in raspberry puree.
  4. Spread the raspberry cheesecake mixture over the cooled Oreo crust.
  5. Top with a layer of chocolate pudding and smooth out.
  6. Whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form, then spread over the chocolate pudding layer.
  7. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 120 minutes before serving.

Notes

For an intense raspberry flavor, use fresh raspberries to make the puree. Ensure the cream cheese is softened for easier mixing. For a thicker crust, use more Oreo cookies or melted butter.
