Chopped Chicken Bacon Ranch Sandwich

A quick and easy sandwich featuring chopped chicken, crispy bacon, and creamy ranch dressing on a fresh baguette.

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, chopped
  • 4 strips of bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 fresh baguette
  • Lettuce leaves (optional)
  • Tomato slices (optional)
  • Cheese slices (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine the chopped chicken, crumbled bacon, and ranch dressing. Mix well until evenly coated.
  2. Slice the baguette in half lengthwise.
  3. Spoon the chicken mixture onto the bottom half of the baguette.
  4. Add lettuce, tomato, and cheese slices, if desired.
  5. Place the top half of the baguette over the filling.
  6. Slice the sandwich into portions and serve immediately.

Notes

Chop the chicken small for even flavor and cool bacon on paper towel to maintain crispness. Toast the baguette lightly for extra crunch.
