Christmas Cookie Lasagna

A delightful no-bake dessert that combines layers of holiday cookies, cream cheese mixture, and whipped topping, perfect for festive occasions.

  • 1 package of holiday cookies (like gingerbread or peppermint)
  • 2 cups cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups whipped topping
  • Red and green sprinkles (for decoration)

Instructions

  1. Crush the holiday cookies and spread a layer at the bottom of a baking dish.
  2. In a bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  3. Spread a layer of the cream cheese mixture over the crushed cookies.
  4. Add a layer of whipped topping over the cream cheese mixture.
  5. Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with whipped topping on top.
  6. Decorate with red and green sprinkles.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving to allow it to set.

Notes

Serve chilled and cut into squares. Adds a festive look with extra sprinkles on top. Pairs well with warm drinks like hot chocolate.
