Cookies and Cream Cookies

Delightful cookies that mix classic flavors with a twist of Oreo and white chocolate.

  • 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup Oreo cookies, roughly chopped
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, cream together butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until smooth.
  3. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in vanilla.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture.
  5. Fold in the chopped Oreo cookies and white chocolate chips.
  6. Drop tablespoons of dough onto a lined baking sheet.
  7. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until edges are lightly golden.
  8. Allow cookies to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack.

Notes

These cookies are best enjoyed warm and pair well with cold milk or vanilla ice cream. Store in an airtight container for 5-7 days, or freeze for up to three months.
