Cottage Cheese Chips

Deliciously crispy and nutritious cottage cheese chips, perfect for satisfying cravings while staying healthy.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup (256g) whole milk small curd cottage cheese (4% milkfat)
  • Seasonings of your choice (optional)
  • Parmesan cheese (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. Spoon small dollops of cottage cheese onto the sheet, spacing them out.
  4. Sprinkle with your favorite seasonings and Parmesan cheese if desired.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
  6. Let them cool before enjoying!
  7. Place small dollops of cottage cheese on a microwave-safe plate.
  8. Season your chips as desired.
  9. Microwave for 2-3 minutes on high or until crispy.
  10. Allow to cool, then enjoy!
