Crispy, cheesy, high-protein cottage cheese chips made with just 3 ingredients. A low-carb snack perfect for weight loss, meal prep, and cravings.

Ingredients

1 cup cottage cheese

¼ cup shredded cheddar cheese

2 tbsp Everything Bagel seasoning or spice of choice

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 375°F and line a baking tray with parchment.

2. Spoon 1.5 tbsp of cottage cheese per chip, spacing them evenly.

3. Flatten with a spoon to form thin rounds.

4. Top each with 1 tsp cheddar cheese and seasoning.

5. Bake 30–35 minutes until edges are dark and crispy.

6. Cool completely to allow chips to crisp fully.

7. Serve or store in airtight container.

Notes

Use full-fat for creamier chips, low-fat for lighter crunch.

Don’t refrigerate chips—store in a cool, dry place for 3–4 days.

Re-crisp in the oven at 350°F for 5 minutes if needed.
