  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, start by adding the cottage cheese as the base.
  2. Pour the marinara sauce over the cottage cheese and mix well.
  3. Add the diced bell peppers, red onion, cherry tomatoes, and black olives, stirring to combine.
  4. Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese on top.
  5. Season with Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  6. Optional: microwave for 1-2 minutes to warm through, or enjoy cold.

Notes
