1 cup cottage cheese (4% milkfat recommended)

1 cup self-rising flour

1/2 cup pizza sauce

2/3 cup shredded mozzarella

Instructions

1. Preheat the oven to 400°F.

2. Blend the cottage cheese until smooth.

3. In a bowl, combine blended cottage cheese with flour to form a sticky dough.

4. Transfer dough to a parchment-lined baking sheet.

5. Roll out the dough thin using a rolling pin.

6. Bake the crust for 6 minutes.

7. Remove from oven, add sauce and cheese.

8. Bake for another 10–12 minutes until golden.

9. Let cool slightly, slice, and serve!

Notes

Do not use fat-free cottage cheese for best texture.

You can make self-rising flour by mixing 1 cup all-purpose flour with 1½ tsp baking powder and ¼ tsp salt.

Roll the dough thin to avoid sogginess.
