Crab Salad

A light and fresh crab salad with crunchy vegetables and a bright lemon mayo dressing, perfect for lunch or as a side dish.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound crab meat
  • 2 cups mixed fresh vegetables (bell peppers, cucumbers, celery)
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh herbs (parsley or dill) for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the crab meat and mixed vegetables.
  2. In a separate bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper.
  3. Pour the dressing over the crab mixture and gently mix until well combined.
  4. Garnish with fresh herbs.
  5. Serve chilled as a light meal or side dish.

Notes

Chill before serving to let flavors meld, and add herbs right before you serve to keep them fresh and bright.
