Crack Chicken Tenders

Deliciously tender chicken tenders with a crunchy, flavorful coating that brings friends and family together.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb Chicken tenders
  • 1 cup Crushed Ritz crackers
  • 1 packet Ranch seasoning
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Pepper
  • 2 Eggs
  • Olive oil or cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Beat a couple of eggs in a shallow bowl.
  3. Combine crushed Ritz crackers, Ranch seasoning, Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper in another bowl.
  4. Dip each chicken tender into the eggs, then coat with the cracker mixture.
  5. Place the coated tenders on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and spray with olive oil or cooking spray.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
  7. Serve warm as a snack, appetizer, or main dish.

Notes

For extra crunch, consider double coating the chicken tenders. You can also try variations with different seasonings.
