Creamy Garlic Chicken Ramen

A quick and comforting ramen dish featuring tender chicken, creamy broth, and fresh vegetables.

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 2 cups ramen noodles
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 carrot, sliced
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Chopped green onions, for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant.
  2. Add the chicken breasts and season with salt and pepper. Cook until browned and cooked through, about 6-7 minutes per side. Remove and slice.
  3. In the same pot, pour in chicken broth and bring to a boil.
  4. Add the ramen noodles and cook according to package instructions, adding the broccoli and carrot during the last few minutes.
  5. Stir in the heavy cream and return the sliced chicken to the pot.
  6. Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper.
  7. Serve hot, garnished with chopped green onions.

Notes

For extra flavor, consider adding chili oil or sesame seeds as a garnish. This dish can be easily customized with different vegetables or meats.
