Creamy High Protein Beef Pasta

A hearty yet easy-to-make pasta dish packed with protein and creamy goodness, perfect for busy weeknights.

  • 8 ounces al dente pasta
  • 1 pound lean ground beef
  • 1 cup heavy cream or Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, brown the lean ground beef over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and cook until fragrant.
  3. Reduce the heat and stir in the heavy cream (or Greek yogurt) and shredded cheese until melted and creamy.
  4. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Toss the cooked pasta in the sauce until well coated.
  6. Serve hot, garnished with parsley if desired.

Notes

For added flavor, sauté vegetables like bell peppers or spinach, or spice it up with red pepper flakes or Italian seasoning.
