Creamy High Protein Beef Pasta

A delicious and filling creamy pasta dish made with lean ground beef and a rich sauce that comes together quickly.

  • 8 oz pasta
  • 1 lb lean ground beef
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Drain excess fat.
  3. Add minced garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
  4. Stir in the heavy cream and Parmesan cheese, and simmer for a few minutes until the sauce thickens.
  5. Mix the cooked pasta into the skillet, ensuring it’s well coated with the sauce.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Serve warm, garnished with fresh parsley.

Notes

For a lighter dish, replace heavy cream with half and half. Add extra veggies for more nutrients.
