Creamy Spinach Salmon Pasta

A rich and creamy pasta dish featuring salmon, fresh spinach, and a silky sauce, perfect for busy weeknights.

  • 2 fillets of salmon
  • 200g fresh spinach
  • 250g pasta (such as fettuccine or linguine)
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Parmesan cheese for serving
  • Lemon wedges for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side until cooked through. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
  3. Add minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for about 30 seconds.
  4. Include fresh spinach and cook until wilted.
  5. Pour in the heavy cream and stir to combine, letting it simmer for a few minutes.
  6. Flake the cooked salmon into bite-sized pieces and add it to the skillet along with the drained pasta. Toss everything together to coat in the cream sauce.
  7. Serve immediately, garnished with Parmesan cheese and lemon wedges.

Notes

For best texture, serve hot on warm plates and enjoy immediately. Leftovers can be stored in the fridge for up to two days.
