Crispy Air Fried Parmesan Potatoes

Deliciously crispy air fried potatoes coated with parmesan for a comforting side dish.

  • 2 pounds of potatoes
  • 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Wash and peel the potatoes, then cut them into evenly sized cubes.
  3. In a large bowl, toss the potato cubes with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Add the grated parmesan cheese and mix until the potatoes are well coated.
  5. Place the potatoes in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  6. Cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the potatoes are golden and crispy.
  7. Remove from the air fryer, garnish with fresh parsley if desired, and serve with your favorite dipping sauce.

Notes

You can substitute sweet potatoes for a sweeter flavor. Avoid overcrowding the air fryer to ensure crispiness.
