Crispy Bang Bang Salmon Bites

Crispy, bite-sized salmon pieces fried to golden perfection, served with a creamy sweet-spicy Bang Bang sauce.

  • 1 lb salmon fillets, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 large eggs, beaten
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha (adjust to taste)
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Oil for frying
  • Green onions, sliced for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, lime juice, salt, and pepper to create the Bang Bang sauce. Set aside.
  2. Dredge salmon pieces in flour, dip in beaten eggs, and coat with panko breadcrumbs.
  3. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
  4. Fry the salmon bites until golden brown and crispy, about 3-4 minutes per side.
  5. Drain on paper towels.
  6. Serve the crispy salmon bites warm with the Bang Bang sauce drizzled or served on the side, and garnish with sliced green onions.

Notes

Pat the salmon pieces dry for better coating adherence. Use fresh panko for maximum crunch.
