Crispy Chicken Ranch Snack Wrap

A quick and easy wrap featuring crispy chicken tenders, fresh lettuce, cheese, and creamy ranch dressing, perfect for a snack or light meal.

  • 4 small flour tortillas (approximately 13 cm diameter)
  • 4 frozen chicken tenders
  • 180 grams shredded lettuce
  • 60 grams shredded cheddar cheese
  • 60 millilitres ranch dressing

Instructions

  1. Prepare frozen chicken tenders as directed on their packaging until thoroughly cooked and golden crisp.
  2. Heat flour tortillas in a dry skillet over medium heat for 30 seconds per side or microwave for 10–15 seconds until soft and flexible.
  3. Cut the cooked chicken tenders into bite-sized pieces.
  4. Lay each tortilla flat. Evenly spread shredded lettuce, cheddar cheese, and sliced chicken along the centre.
  5. Drizzle ranch dressing over the fillings in each tortilla.
  6. Fold both sides of each tortilla over the filling, then roll tightly into a compact wrap.
  7. Serve immediately, or wrap in foil for portability.

Notes

Wrap leftovers tightly in foil or plastic wrap and store in the fridge for up to 2 days. Add dressing only before eating to prevent sogginess.
