Ingredients

  • Chocolate Cheesecake: cream cheese, sugar, eggs, cocoa powder, chocolate, vanilla extract, graham cracker crust
  • Fruity Parfait: yogurt, mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries), honey, granola
  • Silky Custard: milk, sugar, eggs, vanilla extract, cornstarch

Instructions

  1. For Chocolate Cheesecake: Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C). Beat cream cheese until smooth, add sugar and mix well. Add eggs one at a time. Melt chocolate with vanilla, fold into the mixture, pour into crust, and bake for 60 minutes. Let cool before serving.
  2. For Fruity Parfait: Layer yogurt, berries, and granola in a glass. Drizzle with honey and serve immediately.
  3. For Silky Custard: In a saucepan, combine milk and sugar. Whisk eggs and cornstarch, then gradually add hot milk. Return to saucepan and cook until thickened, stir in vanilla, and let cool.

Notes

Serve chocolate cheesecake chilled with whipped cream or fruit. Present the parfait in clear glasses, and serve custard in small bowls with nutmeg or cinnamon on top.
