Delicious No-Bake Salted Caramel Pretzel Bars

A quick and fun no-bake dessert that combines salty pretzel crust, smooth caramel, and a light whipped cream topping.

  • 2 cups Pretzel Crumbs
  • 1/2 cup Unsalted Butter
  • 1/4 cup Granulated Sugar
  • 1 cup Caramel Sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon Sea Salt
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream
  • 1/4 cup Powdered Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract

Instructions

  1. Line an 8×8 inch baking pan with parchment paper or spray with non-stick spray.
  2. In a bowl, mix the pretzel crumbs, melted butter, and granulated sugar until the crumbs look wet.
  3. Press the crumb mix into the bottom of the pan firmly to make an even crust.
  4. Warm the caramel sauce to make it pourable, then pour it over the crust and spread gently.
  5. Chill the pan in the fridge for 10–15 minutes to let the caramel set slightly.
  6. In a clean bowl, whip the heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla until soft peaks form.
  7. Spread the whipped cream over the caramel layer.
  8. Sprinkle sea salt on top.
  9. Chill for at least 30 minutes before slicing into bars.

Notes

For a firmer topping, chill the whipped cream before slicing. You can add more sea salt for a stronger contrast.
