  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 cup cauliflower, chopped
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the heavy cream, eggs, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Whisk until smooth.
  3. In a large baking dish, layer the shredded chicken, broccoli, and cauliflower.
  4. Pour the cream mixture over the layered ingredients evenly.
