Easy Meal Prep BLT Wraps

Quick and easy BLT wraps that are perfect for meal prep, filled with bacon, lettuce, tomato, and mayo.

Ingredients

  • 4 large tortillas
  • 8 slices of bacon
  • 1 cup lettuce, shredded
  • 1 large tomato, sliced
  • Mayonnaise
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the bacon in a skillet until crisp, then drain on paper towels.
  2. Spread mayonnaise on each tortilla.
  3. Layer lettuce, tomato slices, and bacon on top of the mayonnaise.
  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Roll the tortilla tightly and slice in half.
  6. Wrap the BLT wraps in foil or plastic wrap for meal prep or serve immediately.

Notes

Pat bacon on paper towels to remove extra grease. For best texture, keep tomatoes separate if storing for more than one day.
