Epic Spaghetti Grilled Cheese Sandwich

A fun and quick sandwich that combines leftover spaghetti, melted cheese, and toasted bread for a comforting meal.

Ingredients

  • 2 slices of bread
  • 2 slices of cheese (e.g., cheddar, mozzarella)
  • 1 cup cooked spaghetti
  • 1/2 cup marinara sauce
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Butter one side of each slice of bread.
  3. Place one slice, butter-side down, in the skillet.
  4. Layer with cheese, cooked spaghetti, marinara sauce, and top with the second slice of cheese and the other slice of bread, butter-side up.
  5. Cook until the bread is golden brown and the cheese melts, about 3-4 minutes per side.
  6. Remove from skillet, slice, and serve hot.

Notes

Serve with a small side salad, chips, or pickles. To store, cool to room temperature before wrapping tightly and refrigerating for up to two days. Reheat in a skillet for best results.
