Fiery Chicken Ramen

A comforting and spicy ramen dish made with tender chicken, flavorful broth, and fresh vegetables.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 2 packs of ramen noodles
  • 1 cup mixed vegetables (e.g., bell peppers, carrots, and spinach)
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons sriracha (or to taste)
  • 2 tablespoons minced garlic
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Green onions and sesame seeds for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat sesame oil in a pot over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  2. Add chicken breasts and cook until browned on both sides.
  3. Pour in chicken broth, soy sauce, and sriracha. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for about 15 minutes until chicken is cooked through.
  4. Remove chicken, shred it, and return it to the pot.
  5. Add mixed vegetables and ramen noodles, and cook according to noodle package instructions.
  6. Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper.
  7. Serve hot, garnished with green onions and sesame seeds.

Notes

For enhanced flavor, let the broth simmer longer after adding the chicken. Adjust sriracha based on spice preference.
